Lisa's commitment is being an attorney both inside and outside the office. Her focus is to share the speech and presentation skills that she has developed over the last twenty years with target groups in need of that type of training. She channels her passion for direct impact and change through educating and coaching public speaking to both college students and inner-city high school students and low income adults for further career endeavors and possible leadership roles. Her role includes coaching and mentoring in the areas of presence and confidence, enunciation, command for language, strategic use and placement of visual aids, and research. Through this, she sees how her passion, skills and abilities well served in continuing to do community work that really does make a difference in people's lives.
As the Vice President of Civic Events for the King County Washington Women Lawyers (KCWWL) opportunities to reach out to local organizations. Lisa anticipates other opportunities coming up in the near future. Stay tuned!! |
